Our Five Faves

Kia ora to all our new Good For You TV friends! Welcome to our world... 😉

Every month we’re fizzing to bring a new drop of goodness. It’s a dash of healthy advice, a sprinkle of a new idea or trend we’re trying, healthy tips or new learnings that are inspiring us to stay wobbling around on top of our own health and wellbeing. Stories, interviews with experts, chats with friends and videos to inspire.

We know it’s not always easy and often life gets in the way of us prioritising looking after ourselves. But we’ve learned through practice that it truly is the little steps you take on a daily basis that keep us from falling over. That’s why we’ll drop small, tasty treats in front of you and you can ‘pick n mix’. Remember, your health is in your hands, not ours.

Autumn means a change of season, which is why we are focusing on resetting our systems and getting ready for the cooler (and hopefully calmer) months ahead. That’s why this month, we’re sharing all about how to cleanse yourself, inside and out.

Every year I tend to do a cleanse around April and September. One gets me ready for the celebratory nature of the upcoming summer and one resets my system at the end of it (‘ cos I do like my Rosé 😉). Here are ideas to inspire you to find a way of cleansing or clearing out - be it your body, mind, gut or soul.

Cheers to your good health,

Chocolate is good, right?! But we go with the healthy pantry option and making our treats with cacao. Cacao beans are raw, unprocessed and can be bought as ground powder. We make this good choice because cacao is full of antioxidants and has lots of iron and magnesium.
